RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At SlatHaus, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
• Products must be returned in resalable condition.
• Proof of purchase is required.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
• Installed or used wall panels.
• Products that have been cut, modified, or damaged after delivery.
• Clearance or final sale items.
• Gift cards.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
• Your order number.
• Photos of the product.
• Photos of the packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund where applicable.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.
